About Me...

 

As a Paul Mitchell graduate, I have been the industry since 2007 and I absolutely LOVE what I do! Originally from Stockton, CA, I've spent most of my career in Los Angeles, CA. I have had the opportunity to be a part of a young artist group called RAWArtists, in which I was named 'Hairstylist of the Year' in 2013 acknowledging my talent for runway and editorial hairstyling.

 

As for my work behind the chair, I have trained and worked for AVEDA as haircut and barbering specialist,  learning techniques from Toni & Guy and Vidal Sassoon, and world renouned barber Tim Howard. I have also worked for a Davines and Bumbleandbumble. salon called 'Darling Nikki's'. There I was able to have the opportunity to be trained as a color specialist using the Davines color line, as well as the Redken brand where I was trained in the 'ombre and 'balayage' techniques- taught by celebrity colorist Tracey Cunnigham.

Upon moving back to Northen California in 2017.  I fulfilled a life-long goal of becoming a salon owner, by assuming  ownership of VIP Salon & Homers Barbershop in Lincoln Center.  I am above and beyond proud of my talented team, and now I want to work towards my next goal by continuing to grow my business and bring all of my advanced knowledge, training, and and techniques  to my stylists, barbers, and clients here in my hometown!
